“My Life Has Been a Desert”

Symona serves in a VOM-sponsored front-line ministry advancing the gospel in Lebanon. Because of the deteriorating social and economic conditions in the country, life for Symona and her family has grown increasingly challenging. Additionally, she battles health problems and spiritual discouragement, yet she continues to serve those around her faithfully. “My life has been a desert. Spiritually, I am at my lowest,” Symona said. “I need light and I believe in the power of prayer.” Pray for Symona to be renewed in the joy of the Lord as she serves Christ. Pray also for healing for her mental and physical health challenges, and pray that God will provide for the needs of her and her family members amid the challenges in Lebanon.
