Solitary Christian Alone No More

Amar Mandal had been the only Christian in his village in Nepal. Even though his family opposes him and he faces rejection by the community, he is faithful and bold in his witness. “If I don’t share the gospel with my villagers, I will be always alone,” he said. “I am continuously sharing the gospel to other villagers so that when people come to know Lord Jesus, I will have Christian company.” His prayers have been answered: Four people in his village have come to faith this year through his witness. Amar asks for prayer that these new believers will be strengthened and will mature in their faith through listening to the audio Bibles they receive so that they will be bold witnesses in the community. He also requests prayer for his wife, who is struggling under spiritual oppression and attack.
